Milly Tattoo is a private, one-artist tattoo studio based in Birr, County Offaly, welcoming clients from across the Irish Midlands and further afield.

Every client works directly with Milly, from the first consultation and design planning through to the tattoo session and aftercare. With over 15 years of professional experience and more than 1,500 completed tattoos, Milly combines a background in jewellery, drawing and painting with careful attention to detail, balance, placement, line quality and composition.

The studio provides custom tattoo design, fine line tattoos, realism, black and grey work, blackwork, geometric and ornamental tattoos, floral designs, lettering and meaningful personal pieces. Services also include honest cover-up assessments, tattoo reworks, touch-ups, flash tattoos and free initial consultations.

Appointments are private and unhurried, allowing enough time to discuss the idea, adjust the design and stencil placement, and make sure the tattoo suits the client and the chosen area of the body. The studio uses single-use needles, professional barrier controls and clear hygiene procedures, with practical aftercare advice provided after every session.
