About Irish HACCP

Established November 2026

Irish HACCP provides online HACCP and food safety training for individuals and food businesses across Ireland. Our HACCP Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses are based on the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) Guide to Food Safety Training and can be completed fully online at any time. We support restaurants, cafes, catering companies, retailers, food manufacturers, childcare and healthcare settings in meeting their food safety training requirements under Irish food safety legislation.
