Guided by our 'Food and family with Provenance' ethos, our menus showcase seasonal Irish ingredients from suppliers like Pat McLoughlin and Kish Fish. Irish scallops, Castletownbere crab and Kelly's oysters; Irish fillet, striploin and lamb; artisanal cheese and charcuterie, fine wines, local beers and top-shelf Irish whiskeys.
